About You

  • You are a passionate and creative chef with a strong background in fine dining establishments.
  • You have excellent leadership skills and are able to motivate and guide a team of culinary professionals.
  • You are a skilled storyteller and understand the importance of showcasing the terroir and journey of our ingredients.
  • You excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
  • You are a good communicator and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a formal chef training program and interprovincial Red Seal certification.
  • Food Safe Certificate.
  • 4+ years of cooking experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • Experience servicing large catering functions.
  • Wine and food pairing knowledge.
  • The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and safe manner.
