Baxter is looking for an enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Manufacturing Operations Supervisor within the Pour Bottle and Hemoconcentrates sectors. In this pivotal position, you will oversee team dynamics and machinery operations to guarantee the efficient production of top-tier products. Join us in our commitment to saving and enhancing lives by guiding your team towards excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conducting equipment diagnostics and routine maintenance
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills
  • Executing Value Improvement Projects aimed at reducing costs and improving quality
  • Ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory standards
  • Achieving financial objectives by upholding budgetary guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is advantageous
  • Experience in a production setting
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Prior supervisory experience in a GMP-compliant environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
