Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective production of high-quality products.
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality standards to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of production staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP-regulated facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
