About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Coordinator to join our team at the Mt Royal Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing sanitation programs to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in the execution of periodic cleaning activities with maintenance and operations teams;
  • Plan and schedule cleaning of infrastructure (walls, ceilings, neon signs, aerial structures);
  • Evaluate performance gaps and develop action plans to resolve and prevent recurring issues related to sanitation and periodic cleaning of infrastructure and equipment;
  • Report identified issues (procedures, operational practices, equipment design, etc.) to relevant individuals or teams and recommend corrective or improvement measures;
  • Ensure compliance with periodic cleaning, taking samples and conducting inspections;
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve sanitation procedures;
  • Perform other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of MS-Office suite;
  • Able to plan and organize work independently;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitation or equivalent;
  • Advanced knowledge in sanitary design of equipment;
  • Bilingualism, French and English;
