Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brian Jessel BMW. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Manage and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist clients with payments, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
  • Upsell recommended services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company developments, advertising, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PC-related skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to adapt to change and take initiative to create efficiency within duties.

Work Environment:

The hours of operation for this position are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Compensation:

$36,920 to $39,000 per year + bonus plan.
