Position Overview

As a dedicated Childcare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of children in your care. This position requires a nurturing individual who is committed to providing a safe and stimulating environment for infants and children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment

This role will be based in your own home, providing a comfortable and familiar setting for the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change diapers and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Sterilize feeding bottles and prepare infant formulas.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Implement discipline strategies as directed by parents.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Prepare children for rest periods, ensuring they are settled and comfortable.
  • Supervise and engage with children, tending to their emotional and physical needs.
  • Cook meals as required, ensuring dietary needs are met.
