Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Specialist to join our team at Laura Watson. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities- Provide daily care and supervision to infants and children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
- Establish a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
- Develop and implement activities that cater to the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry children and perform other job-related tasks.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work setting is in the caregiver's own home.
