Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Communication: Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance.
  • Logistics Planning: Schedule assignments and keep track of shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
