Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Team Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations to ensure that branch objectives are achieved. Your responsibilities will include managing task-related activities and ensuring that exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding outstanding customer service standards throughout the branch.
  • Advocating and implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols.
  • Delegating and executing daily tasks for both customer service and production teams.
  • Assisting in the onboarding and training processes for new hires.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to open and close the branch.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
  • Completing administrative duties, including daily cash reconciliations and inventory assessments.
  • Ensuring that branch standards are consistently met.
  • Facilitating business transitions and communicating change management information to help staff adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations as required.
  • Experience in retail and/or the automotive industry is advantageous.
