Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to ensure a diverse and exciting dining experience for our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
