About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Brand and Content Marketing to join our team at President's Choice Financial. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute annual marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and digital teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with creative, content, media, and XM agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
