Client Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at Moncler Spa. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized advice and guidance to clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, client relationship building, and customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Compensation:
A competitive hourly rate range of CAD 19 to CAD 23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
