Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
