Title: Senior Motor Control Engineer

Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in control implementation for traction motors or similar inverter-driven systems.
- Strong foundational knowledge of AC electric motors and drive system analysis, modeling, and control.
- Robust experience in linear systems analysis, stability assessment, and controller design.
- Basic skills in embedded firmware development using C/C++.
- Experience in model development and data analysis utilizing Matlab/Simulink.
- Excellent communication skills and a preference for collaborative work environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of torque control methodologies, including field-oriented control and direct torque control.
- Familiarity with various PWM techniques, such as space vector modulation and discontinuous modulation.
- Knowledge of sensorless motor control algorithms and low-speed control strategies.
- System-level comprehension of thermal management, vehicle-level torque control, high-voltage DC-link integration, efficiency enhancement, and firmware integration for electric drive systems.
