About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Strategic Planning to join our team at TransUnion. As a trusted provider of global information solutions, our mission is to help people around the world access the opportunities that lead to a higher quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new go-to market strategies focusing on opportunities to grow TransUnion's Canada business.
  • Lead the business planning process and ongoing planning activities, as well as development of growth strategy for Canada.
  • Collaborate with local leadership and matrix teams to facilitate strategy and planning sessions and enable global IP transfer.
  • Work with the executive team to plan and develop long-term goals and short-term objectives.
  • Provide critical thinking and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity with a successful track record of driving ideas to implementation.
  • Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or international business planning experience.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams.
