Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new go-to-market strategies to drive growth in TransUnion's Canada business.
  • Lead the business planning process and ongoing planning activities to ensure alignment with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with local leadership and matrix teams to facilitate strategy and planning sessions and enable global IP transfer.
  • Work with the executive team to plan and develop long-term goals and short-term objectives.
  • Provide critical thinking and analysis to support International leadership.
  • Develop and maintain business plans with clear and measurable targets.
  • Design, facilitate, and manage the strategic planning process in line with International objectives.
  • Drive pre- and post-meeting work involved for all planning sessions.
  • May facilitate development and execution of integration plans for acquisitions.
  • Continually assess cross-industry best practices, new business models, and techniques to enhance current International planning practices.
  • Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for the leadership team.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis and monitor strategy.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree with global strategy experience or experience with strategy consulting.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity with a successful track record of driving ideas to implementation.
  • Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or International business planning experience.
  • Strong business planning experience along with excellent facilitation skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy and expertise.
  • Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
