Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at The Melo Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly and on time.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are on hand to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff members are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
