Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. As a member of the pharmacy team, the Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, including medication therapy management, health risk assessments, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services to patients, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and patient education.
  • Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to pharmacy students and pharmacy assistants.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection certification.
  • Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.
