We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our pre-defined Daily Workout to members, providing personal attention, and motivating individuals to reach their fitness goals.

• Member Engagement: Greet members with energy and enthusiasm, and provide a positive and supportive environment for them to achieve their fitness goals.
• Workout Delivery: Deliver the pre-defined Daily Workout to members, ensuring that each session is effective and engaging.
• Personal Attention: Provide personal attention to all members, understanding their fitness goals and needs, and tailoring the workout to meet their requirements.
• Motivation and Encouragement: Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Customer Service: Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and tidy the facility, including the workout space, administrative area, and bathroom/changing rooms.
• Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties, such as handling telephone inquiries, responding to messages, and ensuring members are properly checked in.

• Education: Completion of or currently active in kinesiology degree.
• Experience: Kickboxing, boxing, MMA, Tae Kwon Do, Karate, or personal training certification.

• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and committed to living a healthy lifestyle.
• Passion for Fitness: Passionate about working in the fitness industry.
• Leadership Ability: Strong leadership ability with the ability to work well with others.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating with all demographics.
• Professionalism: Professional, above all else.
