Role Overview: Kickboxing Fitness Trainer
Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals? As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in motivating and guiding members through their fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members with enthusiasm and positivity as they enter the studio. Execute the Daily Workout as designed by the 9Round Corporate Office. Provide individualized attention to each member. Clearly demonstrate and explain exercises included in the Daily Workout, which encompass kickboxing, weighted, and functional training. Inspire and encourage members to achieve their fitness aspirations. Familiarize yourself with our PULSE heart rate monitoring technology. Uphold a high standard of customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including workout areas and restrooms. Handle administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries and ensuring proper member check-in. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including marketing events and member follow-ups. Preferred Qualifications: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in kinesiology. Experience in kickboxing, boxing, MMA, Tae Kwon Do, or Karate. Certification in Personal Training. Essential Attributes: Physically fit and dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. Enthusiastic about the fitness industry. Possess a vibrant and energetic personality. Enjoy a fun and positive work environment. Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
