Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Indian Hut. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety and handling protocols.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling protocols.
