Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse

Location: Multiple locations across Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed
  • Provide education to patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • CPR certification

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum experience

OT Rate: 1.5 times the regular rate
