Job Description

Foiclon is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Siebel Public Sector solutions, including integration with Siebel eServices, Siebel Remote, Siebel EAI, EIM, and SMARTScript Web Services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex Siebel Public Sector systems, including use of Siebel ADM, Oracle OID for single sign-on authentication, and Siebel server-to-server encryption for high-sensitive data.
  • Develop and implement RESTful services using JSON, and integrate with Single Sign On solutions like OID, OneKey, GOPKI, and Public Secure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop unit testing scripts to ensure successful installation and configuration of Siebel Public Sector solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with I&IT and Communication standards and directives, including AODA digital design principles and web style guides.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in solutioning and handson configuring complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.
  • 5 years of experience in developing RESTful services using JSON.
  • 10 years of experience integrating with Single Sign On solutions like OID, OneKey, GOPKI, and Public Secure.
  • 10 years of demonstrated and hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AODA WCAG and web accessibility experience.
