Job Description

Foilscon is seeking a skilled Siebel Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications
  • Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests
  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages
  • Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle
Requirements
  • Experience in programming and analysis
  • Specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases
  • High availability solution design and implementation
  • Experience with middleware and gateways
  • Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development
Public Sector Experience
  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService
  • Experience with Transfer Payments

Must Haves:

  • Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
  • 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration
  • 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and etc
  • Experience with Siebel IP18+ or later versions with a focus on configuring/developing/testing
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
