Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at The Old Fish Factory Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take Orders and Serve Food: Package take-out food, take customers' orders, and handle and store cleaning products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Receive and Store Supplies: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
  • Meet Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, handle up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) of weight, and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
