Food Service Manager

At WILD WING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
