Charger Logistics is a world-class asset-based carrier seeking a skilled VMWare Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brampton, ON. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the implementation and adherence to best practice operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain VMWare environments, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs, ensuring continuous and routine meeting of service level agreements.
  • Work closely with the Mobile Mentor Managed Services Engineering team to assist with customer onboardings and manage escalation support requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teams, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Provide regular reports and data points to the Senior Leadership team, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and administering VMWare environments, with a strong understanding of cloud workspace environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others.
  • Strong passion for learning and embracing new technology, with a focus on process management and ITIL foundation.
