About the Role:

As a Senior Vendor Specialist at Home Depot Canada Inc., you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through strategic vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver engaging proposals for managed and self-service program solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, understanding their business goals, marketing strategies, and target audiences to tailor digital media solutions effectively.
  2. Driving Growth: Identify and prioritize vendors for acquisition throughout the year, collaborating with the merchandising and marketing team to understand preliminary requirements and opportunities.
  3. Communication and Consultative Meetings: Lead and arrange meetings, introducing team members, driving conversations, and managing next steps. Utilize insights to facilitate consultative meetings and productize packages to drive new sales.
  4. Campaign Management: Act as the central point of contact for all campaign activities, ensuring compliance with deliverables and responding promptly to queries or feedback.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support successful campaign execution.

Requirements:
  • University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing or media experience (retail, agency, tech, publisher, or similar)
  • Retail industry experience is an asset
