About the Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Care Program. As a member of our team, you will provide essential nursing care to clients in their homes within the La Ronge area and surrounding communities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver community-based nursing services under the guidance of the Home & Community Care Nursing Supervisor.
- Utilize your assessment, teaching, and clinical skills to help clients achieve optimal independence.
- Adhere to the Saskatchewan First Nations Home and Community Care Manuals when providing care.
