About Sorriso Dental Clinic

We are a dynamic and patient-centered dental clinic seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental environment.
  • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including record-keeping and communication with patients and staff.
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials for procedures, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to prevent infection and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Invoice patients for dental services provided, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in dental assisting.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting, preferably as a Dental Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, as well as basic math skills for accurate record-keeping.
