We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Food Services at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve high-quality food and service standards
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet business needs
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Will train
