Stock Management Lead

The Stock Management Lead plays a crucial role in supervising the Stocking Team and ensuring the store is fully prepared for operations. This position is essential for maintaining the store's operational standards and enhancing our customer service experience on the sales floor. While this role does not entail management responsibilities, it is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to advance into management roles in the future.

This position also involves direct customer interaction, requiring the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to motivate, delegate, and follow up effectively. A commitment to taking responsibility and training team members is essential.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and professional leadership style, with a solid grasp of company policies and procedures. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
