Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct urban water, sanitary, and drainage system modeling, including data management, model setup, calibration, and system evaluation.
  • Develop concepts for rainwater source control LID and assist in the design of LID systems.
  • Lead technical analyses to support civil engineering designs related to municipal water, sanitary sewer, drainage conveyance systems, and hydraulic structures.
  • Prepare construction cost estimates, implementation plans, and operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Draft and review technical memoranda and reports.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants, regulatory bodies, and engage in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and other project management tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline with 6-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in hydrological and hydraulic analysis and modeling using various techniques and software.
  • Experienced in infrastructure master planning and flood management strategies.
  • Skilled in using software such as Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS or QGIS, PCSWMM, and other tools for report preparation, presentations, and designs.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
