About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team at Biznes Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial control or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
