Role Summary

As a Staff Clinician within the Employee Assistance Program, you will play a crucial role in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on providing integrated services and programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Employee Assistance Program services, including confidential counseling, case management, direct clinical interventions, and assessments.
  • Manage case assignments, develop treatment plans, and document case progress notes.
  • Create service plans that detail specific action steps for each client under periodic supervision.
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments for clients as necessary.
  • Engage in mandatory in-house training as required.
  • Handle crisis calls from the Client Services Center as needed.
  • Offer after-hours crisis support services (1-2 evenings per week until 8-9 PM and Saturdays if necessary).
Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid registration with the appropriate governing body is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of counseling experience is essential.
  • Experience in brief solution-focused counseling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assessment, crisis management, and Employee Assistance Program services is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
