- Meet with end-users to understand and document their current steps to deliver required outputs.
- Work cross-functionally with Software Developers and Product Owners to gather ideas and solutions to streamline and improve current business processes.

- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to responsible leaders.
- Author and publish required documentation sets, including business and technical requirements specifications, data flow diagrams, testing steps, and issues logs.
- University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Business Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Experience in the capacity of a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst or 2-5 years of similar employment experience.
- Background in EDI-related projects, integrations, and retirement of aged technology or applications.
- Proven track record of mapping, debugging, and understanding data element positioning and relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile software development environment and familiarity with core Agile events.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for CI/CD, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in using SQL, PowerShell, Python, or other software development tools.
- Comfortable working in a remote, in-office, or hybrid environment.
- Adopt a continuing education philosophy and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
