Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Canadian Washroom Products team in Burlington, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and input all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) into CRM software
  • Review project documentation, including plans and specifications
  • Support the Sales and Estimating team in completing sales-related tasks
  • Perform general office administration functions, including scheduling shipments, ordering office supplies, and answering phone calls
  • Assist with bank deposits and occasional out-of-office deliveries or pick-ups
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Complete project-specific warranties, insurance certificates, and WSIB clearance certificates
  • Prepare and process contracts, change orders, payment certificates, and other documentation
  • Process contract close-outs
Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
  • A valid class G driver's license with access to a vehicle
