Job Title: Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller to join our team at Triple Double Japanese Food Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
  • Operational Oversight: Allocate resources, establish policies, and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring the best interests of the company are represented.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, team player, initiative, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

30 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
