Bannister Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and effective communicator to work in our fast-paced body shop environment. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing work orders, dismantling vehicles, and diagnosing visual and internal damage. You will repair and replace parts, reassemble vehicles, maintain shop equipment and facility, and maintain high quality levels.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented
  • Effective communication, both oral and written
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with others
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
  • Must supply own tools

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years related experience (preferred)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
