Meat Product Sales and Service Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Artisan Butcher/Cutter to join our team at Fortinos. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our meat products, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience for all customers.
- Serve customers from the service meat counter, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Engage customers in a friendly manner to promote service counter meat products, offer meal solutions, and provide product knowledge and cooking tips.
- Recommend and sell meat products using suggestive selling skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Set up, take down, and maintain the service counter, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Prepare specialty meat cuts as per customer specification, ensuring quality and cut compliance with Company standards.
- Ensure the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven exceptional customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cutting and/or culinary experience is an asset.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including 4 days of 10-hour shifts.
- Training available for the right candidate.
