About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Hudson Warehouse at Vancouver International Airport. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for protecting company assets, providing a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect all company assets in the warehouse
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel
  • Place stock orders as required
  • Count and receive incoming merchandise; report shortages/overages to management in a timely manner
  • Count and complete all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors
  • Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
  • Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns
  • Organize all merchandise for annual inventory
  • Assist in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
  • Notify management of out of stock merchandise
  • Assist in stocking of stores and backrooms
  • Assist in trash removal and recycling

Requirements

  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Previous experience operating a pallet jack
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
