About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for our guests, coworkers, and yourself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures.
  • Assist with minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
