Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide inspirational and personalized service.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
