Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repairer-Painter to join our team at Formula First Collision Inc. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining your workspace.
  • Repair and Replace Body Components: Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame, and underbody components as needed.
  • Surface Preparation: File, grind, and sand body surfaces for repair to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mask and tape auto body surfaces for painting, apply primers, and repaint surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Interior Repair: Repair or replace interior components, including damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Specialized Tasks: Mix and match paint colors, operate soldering equipment, and use filler to repair holes and seams.
  • Frame Straightening: Straighten frames using pulling and anchoring equipment to ensure a safe and stable vehicle.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive body repair and painting
  • Work Environment: Dusty, noisy, and potentially odorous work environment
