Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to formulate testing strategies for personalization functionalities within the Adobe MarTech ecosystem for a prominent financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an agile Project Squad to assess business requirements and convert them into technical solutions across various stakeholders.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and queries for internally developed applications, including database-level and end-to-end testing scripts.
- Develop and implement testing schedules or strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Create testing programs addressing critical areas such as database impacts, software functionalities, and user experience.
- Identify, analyze, and document issues related to program functionality, output, online interfaces, or content.
- Record software defects using a bug tracking system and communicate these defects to development teams.
- Maintain a database of known test defects for reference.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of testing standards and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within large enterprise environments, preferably in the financial sector.
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in test automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git suite, along with managing test cases and plans using JIRA plugins like X-ray or Zephyr.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle projects.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical discipline such as computer science or computer engineering.

Interview Process:
- Candidates will undergo a second panel interview with technical peers and team members, including a 30-minute session and a 15-minute business case presentation.
