About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at T PAHAL TRANSPORT. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other departments, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Work Environment
