About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions. As a key member of our SAP Modernization Program Team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities and initiatives, managing meeting agendas, planning, resource scheduling, and organization of a broad range of activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including acquiring equipment and software, network access, and access to SAP systems and the SharePoint documentation library.
  • Support the Executive Director in the administration and coordination of executive activities, such as meeting preparation and scheduling, managing executive stakeholder relationships, communication, and event planning.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation, meeting minutes, communications, agendas, and reports for approval, while following up on pending issues.
  • Produce accurate reports for SAP MP leadership by collecting data from various sources and inputting that data into standard formats as necessary.
  • Lead office management activities and processes, including space planning and allocation, managing floor access, monitoring of equipment and supplies, communication with vendors, and other coordination duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience

Requirement: Bachelor's degree + 1 year related experience (such as working with Information Technology procedures, policies, and guidelines); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

The following will also be required for the position:

  • Experience with Office 365 product suite, including but not limited to: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and assess emerging issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a diverse team and group of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.

The following skills and working experience will be considered assets:

  • Experience working in an SAP/ERP support organization.
  • Understanding of an alternate service provider supported organization.
