Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at the Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions. As a key member of our SAP Modernization Program Team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities and initiatives, managing meeting agendas, planning, resource scheduling, and organization of a broad range of activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including acquiring equipment and software, network access, and access to SAP systems and the SharePoint documentation library.
- Support the Executive Director in the administration and coordination of executive activities, such as meeting preparation and scheduling, managing executive stakeholder relationships, communication, and event planning.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation, meeting minutes, communications, agendas, and reports for approval, while following up on pending issues.
- Produce accurate reports for SAP MP leadership by collecting data from various sources and inputting that data into standard formats as necessary.
- Lead office management activities and processes, including space planning and allocation, managing floor access, monitoring of equipment and supplies, communication with vendors, and other coordination duties as required.
Requirement: Bachelor's degree + 1 year related experience (such as working with Information Technology procedures, policies, and guidelines); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
The following will also be required for the position:
- Experience with Office 365 product suite, including but not limited to: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and assess emerging issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with a diverse team and group of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
The following skills and working experience will be considered assets:
- Experience working in an SAP/ERP support organization.
- Understanding of an alternate service provider supported organization.
