- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and product quality
- Technical Expertise
- Ensure that all plumbing installations meet government regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical advice and guidance to team members on complex plumbing issues
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on job sites
- Education and Certifications
- Plumber Red Seal Certificate
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the plumbing industry
- Language and Work Environment
- Fluent in English
- 40 hours per week, permanent position
