Job Summary

Cima Mechanical Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of plumbers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Install and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a plumber
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work on the road and may be required to travel to various job sites.
