As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Responsibilities:

* Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
* Repair and maintain plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
* Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
* Prepare tenders and quotations for plumbing projects
* Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment for plumbing projects
* Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
* Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
* Supervise other workers on plumbing projects

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* or equivalent experience
* Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
* Backflow prevention Certification
* Plumber Trade Certification
* Working at heights training
* Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate
* Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR Certificate
* Confined Space Entry Training
* Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
* Well Pump License
* Natural Gas License
* Liquefied Petroleum Gas License
* CADD Course
* Plumber Red Seal Certificate
* Gas Fitter Red Seal Certificate
* Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
